As part of the ‘Nae Games Weekend’, a performance of highland dancing will take place at St Margaret’s on Saturday afternoon, giving visitors to Braemar the authentic Highland Games experience. There will be an explanation of highland dancing and expert judges, Vivienne Milne and Alison Gordon will explain how the dancers are judged during competition.
Peter Grant was born and bred in Braemar. He joined the army in 2006, rising through the ranks and becoming the Pipe Major of ‘The Highlanders’, 4th Battalion The Royal Regiment of Scotland, last year.
