Two of Scotland’s most exciting poets and writers come together to perform readings of their powerful and engaging works in the intimate setting of Braemar Village Hall. Jackie and Hannah have both held the prestigious role of Makar – Jackie being Scotland’s national Makar (2016 -2021) and Hannah recently being appointed as the City of Edinburgh’s Makar (2021) – with their works having been widely published and performed on both stage and screen.
